I love a ton of movies, but find myself always quoting Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

You don't need to put your P in a V right now.
-No, I need to B my L on someone's T's.

I like her red hair. I wonder if the carpet matches her pubes.

When life gives you lemons, just say 'Fuck the lemons,' and bail.

"Fight Club"

You are not special. You are not a beautiful or unique snowflake. You're the same decaying organic matter as everything else.

"Boondock Saints"

Rocco: I'll shoot myself in the head, you can tell me that cat's name! Go ahead! Your what? Your precious, little...
Donna: Skippy! Skippy!
Rocco: Oh, Jesus! What color was it, bitch?
Rayvie: Don't you fucking yell at her like that you prick!
Rocco: [turns gun on Rayvie] Shut your fat ass, Rayvie! I can't buy a pack of smokes without runnin' into nine guys you fucked!

my all time favorite is "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead" - Hands down the best dialogue written for a movie!
•"Heads!"
•"We're more of the love, blood, and rhetoric school. Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see. "
•"You would think that this would fall faster than this........ And you'd be absolutely right!"
•"Life in a box is better than no life at all, I expect. You'd have a chance, at least. You could lie there thinking, 'Well. At least I'm not dead.' "

another good one is "The Hudsucker Proxy"
•"It's what your Beatnik friends call, 'kar-MAH!' "
•"You know... for kids!!"
•"Martinis are for squares, man."

and a great story / drama is "The Shawshank Redemption" - same time as Hudsucker for Tim Robins

"Slater-san, how's it goin'?"
"Fixin' to be a lot better, man."

"Behind every good man there is a woman, and that woman was Martha Washington, man, and everyday George would come home, she would have a big fat bowl waiting for him, man, when he come in the door, man, she was a hip, hip, hip lady, man."
